About Us
Mission Statement
At Building Minds and Athletes, our mission is to develop well-rounded young individuals by combining education, financial literacy, and basketball. We believe it is never too early to prepare for the future, which is why we teach student-athletes the importance of saving, investing, and making smart financial decisions. At the same time, we emphasize basketball fundamentals—shooting, dribbling, and game situations—because strong fundamentals lead to success on the court. Through this camp, we are committed to building both the mind and the athlete, creating confident, disciplined, and prepared young people for life beyond the game.

Coach Oliver’s approach is built on the belief that young people need both athletic guidance and academic support. Through Building Minds and Athletes, he brings those two worlds together to help students grow as players, learners, and leaders.
